Dear friends, I began practicing Dahn Yoga about 20 years ago.
The practice had a strong effect on my life, so strong in fact, that I am now the President of Dahn Yoga. The practice started with one genuinely caring man in a park and has grown through the years to over 600 centers worldwide.
I am very proud to be a part of this achievement, because for me Dahn Yoga is more than just an exercise or a business - it is a way of life. Those of us who work in the Dahn Yoga Community truly value its mission, which is helping individuals heal themselves and their families.
I firmly believe that the way to change the world for the better is in healing the individual and the family. In order to implement this goal, all of the Dahn Yoga Centers and all of our staff work together supporting each other. With this in mind, I am also doing my best to guide and teach people to grow and awaken themselves to their true nature. That said, I welcome you to visit my blog reqularly with an open mind. I believe that you will truly benefit by sharing what I have learned from my spiritual path.
I hope that you will also learn to see the world in a way that will expand your consciousness from the Photo Meditations. It will be my great pleasure to share my experiences with you if you have any questions or comments. I will also enjoy hearing about your spiritual experiences and seeing your photo meditations.
Nothing pleases me more than seeing the smile on your face when your consciousness is expanded and you have been awakened to your true nature. I will do my best to make your smile bigger and more lasting because to me, each smile represents one step closer to a healthier, happier, and more peaceful world. So again, I say: Welcome to my blog.

시간이 물흐르듯 흐른다는 표현이 요즘 만큼 많이 다가오는 시기도 없습니다. 하핫.
넘 오랜만이라^^ 예전의 기억들이 소록소록 피어오릅니다. 제가 어려웠던 시절에 따스한 보살핌들 잘 기억하고 있습니다. 언젠가 연이 닿으면 뵐 수 있겠지요.
